Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, banana and vanilla. Stir together dry ingredients and add with milk to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
