Easy Does It Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. garlic and chives seasoning
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef in medium saucepan.
    Stir in tomato
    sauce,
    Italian
    seasoning,
    oregano,
    salt
    and
    onion flakes; set
    aside.
    Mix
    cottage
    cheese
    and
    yogurt.
    Spread about 1 cup tomato
    mixture
    in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan. Combine Parmesan cheese and garlic and chives seasoning.
    Layer a third
    each
    of
    noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella, remaining tomato
    mixture
    and Parmesan mixture;
    repeat twice. Pour in water around sides of pan.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes
    longer
    or
    until
    noodles are tender and top is golden.
    Let
    stand
    20
    minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
