Rhubarb Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. cooked rhubarb
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Cream sugar, yolks and oil together.
Add rhubarb, water, vanilla and cinnamon; beat well.
Add nuts and flour; mix thoroughly.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
