Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all powder ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add liquid ingredients.
Blend well.
Use 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Leave cool.
