Baked Tomatoes, Florida Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    salad oil
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut ripe tomatoes in half.
    Lightly brush outer skin with oil.
    Place, cut side up, in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle cut side with salt and set aside.
