Shrimp Newberg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    3 tsp. catsup
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 c. cream
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour.
    Blend.
    Add cream.
    When sauce thickens, add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add shrimp.
    Heat well.
    Immediately before serving, add wine.
    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
