Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook pumpkin and put in blender until creamy with mixer.
    Add flour, sugar and beaten egg yolks to pumpkin.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Blend with mixer.
    Add to pumpkin.
    Add milk last. Bake at 450\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven back to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 1/2 hour.
