Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. fresh apples
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
raisins (optional)
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Peel apples, core and slice into thick slices.\tCombine flour, sugar
and
cinnamon.
Spread
half
this mixture over bottom
of unbaked
crust.
Add apples and sprinkle remaining sugar
mixture over
them.
Dot
margarine over pie.
Add top crust and seal edges.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in preheated oven at 425\u00b0.
Can substitute peaches or blueberries for apples.
