Nacho Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

nacho white corn chips
1 can chicken broth
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spray dish with Pam.
Mix together cream of chicken soup, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.
Layer chips. broth, onion, green pepper and soup and Ro-Tel mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes.
Set 5 minutes before serving.
