Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. raw nuts
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in a quart microwave dish. Microwave on High for 4 1/4 minutes; stir and microwave on High for
    another
    4 1/4 minutes.
    Add nuts; stir well and microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
    It should be a light brown.
    Stir in butter, vanilla and soda and when well mixed and foamy, spread on large pan sprayed with Pam.
    Keep working with it to get it as thin as possible.
    Makes 1 pound.
