Potato Cheese Scallopel Paso, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sliced or diced cooked potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt & a dash of pepper
1 c. shredded cheese - sharp

Preparation

Slice potatoes into baking dish.
Combine sour cream, eggs, milk, onion and salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
