Peaches 'N Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix. Coat 9-inch pan with Pam.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Place peaches over batter.
    In separate bowl, cream together cheese, peach juice and sugar.
    Spread over peaches to cover peaches completely.
    Cook for 35 minutes.
    Cool at least 45 minutes before serving.
    Yield: 12 servings.
