Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat sugar, corn syrup and water.
    Stir until sugar dissolves. When syrup mixture boils, blend in margarine.
    Stir frequently. Add peanuts when mixture becomes 280\u00b0.
    Stir constantly until it reaches the cracking stage (305\u00b0).
    Remove from heat quickly; stir in baking soda.
