Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh fruit (any kind)
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation
-
Pour sugar over fruit.
Sprinkle with flour and dot with butter.
Set aside fruit mixture.
In large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour batter over fruit, leaving space in the middle and around the edges.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
