Pumpkin Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can evaporated milk
2 c. (1/2 box) yellow cake mix
Preparation

Blend first 6 ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture.
Drizzle one stick melted margarine over top.
Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(It is better to bake day before serving.)
Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
