*Wheatie Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. Wheaties
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add sugars gradually and cream well.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix together.
Add coconut and the dry ingredients, which have been sifted together.
Add Wheaties and nuts last.
Fold into batter.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
