Stripe It Rich Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow or white cake mix
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (any flavor)
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Prepare cake according to package directions.
    Remove baked cake from oven; immediately poke holes in cake 1 inch apart, using wooden spoon handle.
    Only after poking holes, combine instant pudding, powdered sugar and milk.
    Beat at low speed for not more than 1 minute; do not overbeat.
    Quickly, before pudding thickens, pour 1/2 of the thin pudding evenly over warm cake into holes to make stripes.
    Allow remaining pudding to thicken slightly, then spoon over the top, swirling it to frost the cake.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Store cake in refrigerator.
