Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, salt and Crisco together. Beat together vinegar, cold water and egg. Combine liquids with flour-Crisco mixture.
    Makes 4 pie crusts.
    May freeze.
