Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken breast, boneless
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
    1/3 c. hot water
    1/3 c. red wine
    margarine
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Mix crumbs and cheese. Roll chicken in mixture until coated.
    Melt margarine in skillet (about 4 tablespoons).
    Brown chicken on both sides.
    (I use a lid while browning.)
    Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
    Add wine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Simmer until all liquid is cooked out.
    Sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture over chicken before browning.
