Fruit Filled Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry, blueberry, peach, raspberry or apple pie filling
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat and blend well.
Add flour, salt and baking powder. Blend together well.
Pour half the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Over this pour the can of pie filling.
Pour remaining mixture on top.
