Broccoli And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 fillo leaves
    1/4 c. butter (Country Crock)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    3 pkg. (30 oz. total) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
    3 eggs or equivalent Egg Beaters
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt (can omit)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter or low-fat substitute
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onion until golden.
    Add broccoli, beaten eggs and rest of ingredients except fillo.
    Butter the inside of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Place in one fillo leaf and butter it.
    Do the same with four more leaves.
    Dump in the filling.
    Cover the top with the part of the leaves that hang over.
    Cut 5 (9-inch) fillo circles.
    Place one at a time on top, buttering each layer.
    Score the top of the pie. Pour remaining butter over the top.
    Place on a cookie sheet to catch the drippings.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until puffy and golden.
    Makes 8 servings.
