Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Italian dressing
    1 c. water
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can English peas
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 large cucumber
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix Italian dressing and water.
    Bring to a boil; add rice. Set aside.
    Let cool.
    Mix English peas, water chestnuts, chopped mushrooms and chopped cucumber.
    Add cooked rice and mayonnaise. Mix well.
