Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. hush puppies mix
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
oil (deep fry)

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Let stand a few minutes. Drop by large spoons into hot oil.
Turn once. When brown, remove and drain. The flavor is improved if you let the batter set overnight in the refrigerator.
