Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper and paprika
    2 tsp. ketchup (to spread on top)
Preparation
    Mix together meat, onion, bread crumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, milk and seasonings.
    Put in ring mold (plastic or glass microwavable).
    Spread ketchup on top.
    Microwave on High (10) for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serve with microwave baked potatoes and a tossed salad.
