Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 (1 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes
15 oz. can chili beans
Preparation
-
Saute beef, onion and garlic.
Drain off liquid.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Let cook for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
