Lori'S Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large hen or 2 fryers
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. celery
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
8 oz. spaghetti
small jar pimentos, drained
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
2 Tbsp. jalapeno sauce or relish (optional)
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 cans chicken broth
Preparation

Boil chicken in seasoned water until done.
Debone and cut into bite size pieces.
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Add pimentos, cheese, jalapeno sauce, mushrooms, mushroom soup and chicken broth as needed.
Pour in baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 35 to 50 minutes.
