Lipton Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients and shake until evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into a large baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Serves 4 to 6.
