Microwave Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak, tenderized
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips, trimming fat; salt and pepper to taste. Coat with flour; place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour mushrooms, onion, green pepper and tomato sauce over steak.
    Cover and cook on Medium for 45 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring once.
    Yield: 8 servings.
