Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can celery soup
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup and eggs like you would for meat loaf.
    Use more bread crumbs if necessary.
    Make into steak-shaped patties.
    Dip in flour and brown on each side. Place in a greased baking dish.
    Make a gravy of tomato soup and celery soup and 1 can water.
    Pour over meat patties.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
