Southern Red Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice (cooked)
2 medium bell peppers
2 medium onions
4 strips bacon, fried crisp
1 can tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon; remove and place on paper towels.
Brown peppers and onions in drippings.
Add tomatoes, sauce and Tabasco.
Stir in rice and crumbled bacon.
Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
