Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 2/3 c. milk
2 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 to 27 minutes. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
