Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch strips
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    6 c. (approximately) sliced or cubed cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Brown bacon; drain and set aside.
    In bacon fat, add onions and cook until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Add vinegar, sugar, water, salt and celery seed.
    Cook until thickened.
    Fold in potatoes, eggs and parsley.
    Heat.
