3-Meal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. each: corn meal, whole wheat flour and wheat bran
    1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine
    dash of salt
    1 c. nonfat buttermilk or 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt or 3/4 c. skim milk plus 1 tsp. cream of tartar
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Heat skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Use approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Flip when bubbles appear on top.
