Stuffed Meat Loaf(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    2/3 c. mushroom liquid and milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and catsup.
    On a sheet of wax paper, spread mixture in a 9 x 12-inch rectangle, or until meat is about 1/2-inch thick.
    Sprinkle cheese over meat.
    Using the wax paper to start, roll the meat, starting at the smaller end.
    Place seam-side down in 2-quart baking dish on a meat rack (to keep meat out of juices).
    Cook in microwave oven, uncovered, for 14 to 16 minutes on full power; turn once during cooking time. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
