Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked crabmeat (2 1/2 to 3 c.)
    1 1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs (without crusts)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate until firm.
    Heat oil (1 inch) in frypan and fry patties until golden brown on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Drain on paper towel and serve.
