Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain vegetables.
Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and margarine.
Place mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread cracker crumbs over top and drizzle melted margarine over crumbs.
Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
