Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
4 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. egg noodles (optional)
Preparation

Cook, debone and chop chicken; save broth.
Cook potatoes, carrots and onion until done.
Drain vegetables if you have a lot of liquid.
Add vegetables to chicken and broth.
Add cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper.
If you choose to use noodles, add them last.
Cook just until noodles are tender.
