Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
4 tsp. oleo
Preparation

Cream vanilla, cream cheese, sugar and oleo together.
Unroll pumpkin and spread with mixture (I do mine while it is still a little bit warm, works best.)
Re-roll and refrigerate.
