Brunch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag hash browns (chunky type)
    1 onion, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    Cheddar cheese (approximately 1 c. grated for top)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. corn flakes (for top)
Preparation
    Put potatoes in baking dish and mix in minced onion.
    Mix soup and sour cream and spread on top.
    Spread grated cheese on top. Crush corn flakes and put in saucepan with enough butter to mix. Put corn flakes on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
