Tomato Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1Peck green tomatoes
    10 green bell peppers
    8 large onions
    6 hot peppers
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    5 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. bay leaves
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. horseradish
    chopped cabbage (if desired)
Preparation
    Chop, mix and let stand overnight. Fill jars and cook in hot water bath for 25 minutes.
