Spinach And Mozzarella Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine the meat, soup mix, bread crumbs and eggs.
    Shape into a 10 x 10-inch square on a sheet of waxed paper.
    Combine spinach with cheeses; spread over beef mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
    Roll, jelly roll style, removing waxed paper while rolling.
    Seal edge tightly.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, place meat loaf seam side down.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until done.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
