Fresh Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small ham (with bone)
    2 lb. bag frozen peas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 large potatoes
    1 c. carrots
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Place ham in large kettle with water.
    Boil until cooked and remove meat (approximately 2 to 4 cups of cubed ham).
    Grind in food grinder peas, carrots, onions and potatoes.
    Add to stock of ham.
    Bring all to a boil and then turn down to simmer for about 2 hours.
    Enjoy!
    Add ham cubes.
