Ti-Leaf 'Aina Ahiahi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ti leaves
4 pork chops
1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
1 pkg. frozen perch fillets
1 large onion (optional)
liquid smoke
2 bananas
2 sweet potatoes
Hawaiian salt
Preparation

Line heavy roasting pan with 4 of the deveined and washed ti leaves.
Place thawed but uncooked spinach leaves on ti leaves. Arrange pork and fish on top of spinach after brushing each one with liquid smoke.
Add sliced onions and sprinkle on Hawaiian salt (about 2 teaspoons).
