Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops (regular or boneless loin)
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    white soda crackers
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Brown the chops in frying pan with onion, salt and pepper. Place chops in a baking pan.
    Cover chops with white soda cracker crumbs.
    Put cream of chicken soup in the frying pan which the chops were browned in.
    Add 1 can of milk.
    Stir until smooth and mixed with the residue from the chops.
    Pour milk/soup mixture over the cracker crumbs and chops.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with fried rice with almonds.
