Tomato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. cooked tomatoes
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook tomatoes.
Add raisins to hot tomatoes; let cool.
Melt butter.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add tomatoes and raisins to dry mixture.
Add vanilla, eggs, nuts and butter.
Beat well.
Bake for 1 hour in Bundt pan.
