Bibingka("Rice" Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk (evaporated preferred)
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    margarine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar and cheese.
    Add slightly beaten eggs and milk.
    Combine flour and baking powder and add to mixture.
    When mixture is well blended, pour in 2 round cake pans (be sure to grease them).
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Before cake is done, spread butter/margarine on top of cake and then sprinkle sugar and Parmesan cheese.
    Broil for a few minutes until golden brown.
    Be careful not to burn.
