Tortilla Crunch Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton recipe Fiesta Herb soup mix or onion soup
    1 c. finely crushed plain tortilla chips
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine soup mix and tortilla chips.
    In a large bowl, combine chicken and egg, beaten with water, coating well.
    Dip chicken in tortilla mixture, coating well.
