Orange Bread - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange segments or orange marmalade
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream the margarine and sugar. Stir in the flour and orange juice; beat until smooth.
Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish.
Place the orange segments or marmalade on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and slice.
