Chicken And Green Pea Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    1 c. drained, cooked peas
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Beat egg yolks until thick; add milk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Add chicken and peas.
    Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Cook in a frying pan in hot fat. Drain on paper towel.
    Serves 8.
