Addie'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans spinach, drained
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 stick margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 lb. large curd cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Blend sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 12.
